RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  • What if I received an incorrect or defective item? At Bupsy we strive for perfection, but sometimes mistakes do happen. Please email our support team within 7 days of receiving any incorrect or defective merchandise and we will make sure you are taken care of. Be sure to include your order # along with an explanation of your issue. We will replace any defective item free of charge.
  • I need to return my item, how does that work? We have a 90 day return policy for items offered at Bupsy. The item MUST be returned in its' original package and in the country from where the parcel has been dispatched from. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its' condition and issue you a full refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable). 
  • I haven't received my order yet? In rare cases, some orders may take a little longer to arrive due to shipping issues that arise. If your order isn't delivered within 20 days of purchase, we can offer you a full refund.

Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged items will not be subject of refunds. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, shipping label, tracking number and the name of the delivery company.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged will be subject of partial refund of the initial order price or subject of return (please check the shipping for returns section) .  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bupsyco@gmail.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should email our support team: bupsyco@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
